Program Description

The Associate in Arts Degree, often referred to as the university transfer program, is designed for students planning to complete a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts or enter a professional program at a four-year college or university. General education is the foundation of the Associate in Arts Degree.

Associate in Arts Curriculum

 

Transfer Student

As an Associate in Arts transfer student, you will complete approximately 43 credit hours of general education courses and a minimum of 17 credit hours of elective courses judged most appropriate to transfer into a degree at a four-year institution. As an example, the AA with a concentration in Business is designed to prepare a student for seeking a four-year degree in areas of Business.
