May 4 Dual Credit Meeting on campus with representatives from schools. Pass out packets containing forms and information.
Test students for Fall Dual Credit Classes during May, June, and July.
No summer Dual Credit.
Fall Course Deadlines
August 22 High school deadline for submission of online dual credit enrollment forms & transcripts for Fall and year-long courses.
September 7 High school deadline for submission of traditional dual credit enrollment forms & transcripts for Fall and year-long courses.
September 12 Last day to drop with a refund.
November 16 Fall Withdrawal Deadline – no refund.
*Please make sure grading rosters are checked on SAIL by the instructor and report
changes to Whitney Trump before the drop deadline.*
Spring Course Deadlines
January 9 High school deadline for submission of online dual credit enrollment forms & transcripts for Spring courses.
January 16 High school deadline for submission of traditional dual credit enrollment forms & transcripts for Spring courses.
January 30 Last day to drop with a refund.
No refund for students who have not paid for fall coursework
April 12 Spring and Year-long Withdrawal Deadline – no refund.
