Circle of Fitness In Training Events 

A wellness group for those wanting to improve Health and Fitness

C-FIT events are planned in advance. This free service is held at Ketchum Community Center. It is designed to help people learn how to lose weight and improve fitness the right way, with an emphasis on long-term maintenance. The events are free and open to the public.

    C-FIT Wellness Planning Events

Circle of Fitness In Training Mission:

Provide a 6-Week Course that will help people develop their own personal wellness plan based on sound principles. The sessions are designed to bring forth personal motivation and the development of wellness lifestyle.

Circle of Fitness In Training Goal:

To help participants increase their personal motivation as well as shift their thinking. Participants will learn practical ways of incorporating:

SMART exercise and

SMART nutrition as part of their lifestyle along with

SMART mental health strategies. The focus will be developing a

SMART wellness plan.

Time:  Monday Nights 5:30 to 6:00 January 24th –February 28th

Body Composition Analysis 5:00 to 5:30

    FREE service of the Ketcham Community Center in conjunction with the Green Hills Weight Loss Challenge
