Circle of Fitness In Training Mission:
Provide a 6-Week Course that will help people develop their own personal wellness plan based on sound principles. The sessions are designed to bring forth personal motivation and the development of wellness lifestyle.
Circle of Fitness In Training Goal:
To help participants increase their personal motivation as well as shift their thinking. Participants will learn practical ways of incorporating:
SMART exercise and
SMART nutrition as part of their lifestyle along with
SMART mental health strategies. The focus will be developing a
SMART wellness plan.
