

What is SSS?
Student Support Services is a federally, funded program created by the Higher Education Act of 1965. It is 100% funded by the Missouri Department of Education. The SSS program at North Central Missouri College began in 2001. There is NO Costs to SSS Students; all of our services are FREE!
Who is eligible?
If you fall into at least one of the following categories, you may be eligible:

Federal income guidelines

First-generation college student (neither of your parent's received a bachelor's degree)

Individuals with a documented disability
What services does SSS provide?

Intensive one-on-one or group tutoring

Academic, career, and personal counseling

Workshops on a variety of academic and personal enrichment topics

Transfer Trips to area universities to assist students with transfer options
