Academic Scholarships
Board of Trustees Scholarships
This scholarship is available to individuals graduating high school with a minimum 3.75 GPA OR having an ACT composite score of 24 or higher. The student must be a first-time entering college student and maintain at least 12 credit hours per semester. The award varies from $100 to $600 per semester and is renewable with continuous enrollment. A minimum GPA of 3.25 must be maintained for renewal. The scholarship may be used for any educational expense. Qualifying students may be awarded either this scholarship or the NCMC Employee Recognition Scholarship.
Allied Health Scholarships
Maude K. Ryan Memorial Scholarships*
The Maude Ryan Memorial Nursing Scholarship honors the former NCMC Allied Health faculty member by awarding a one-year, $2000 scholarship to a nursing degree student. Selection for this award is contingent upon NCMC Allied Health faculty recommendation.
Serve Link Home Care Scholarships*
Funds for these scholarships are provided by the Serve Link Home Care Agency and awarded to students from the Green Hills area enrolled in the ADN, PN, EMT-Paramedic, and Medical Assistant programs. Scholarships are awarded for two semesters and range from $1,000 to $2,000 annually for each program. Selection for the award is contingent upon NCMC Allied Health faculty recommendation.
Athletic Scholarships
Grants are awarded to students demonstrating interest and excellence in school sponsored inter-collegiate athletic activities of baseball, basketball and softball. Coaches recommend recipients for these awards. Awards include the Nan Carter Softball Scholarship and the C.F. Russell Athletic Scholarship.
Departmental Scholarships
North Central Missouri College administers various institutional scholarships granted to students pursing a specific field of study. The award is up to $1000 per year. Each department is responsible for recommending recipients for the scholarship. Departments are: Accounting, Agriculture, Business Management, Business Technology, Criminal Justice, Education, English/Psychology, History/Political Science, Mathematics, Science, Speech and Theatre.
General Scholarships
Allen Moore III and Anne B. Moore Scholarships*
This scholarship may be granted to Livingston County high school graduates demonstrating financial need.
Elizabeth M. Barton Explore College Scholarships
This award is available to non-traditional, first-time college students 23 years of age and older. This award amount varies. The applicant must first apply for a Federal Pell Grant before the award is finalized. If the applicant qualifies for a Pell Grant, the Explore College Scholarship will be reduced or removed accordingly.
NCMC Foundation/General Scholarship Fund*
Through the generosity of NCMC alumni and supporters of the College, a number of scholarships have been endowed with the College Foundation. The award is for up to $350 per semester and may be renewed for three semesters with a minimum 2.5 grade point average. These scholarships are made available through the thoughtful and generous donations provided by the following friends of North Central Missouri College: Willis Alexander, Ray & Juanita Denslow, Evans-Schafer, Lynn & Ruby Freeman, Nadine Hall, Phil Hauck, H F & Mary Louise Hoffman, Hoffman-Fair Acres, Virginia Holmes, Lloyd & Margaret Ketcham, Ray Lymer, PEO, Thomas & Edna Rehard, Dorris Rider, Carl & Louise Roda, Patricia Ann Sapko, Selby-Westerlund, and M R Veach.

The Admissions Office must have a completed Application for Admission and all high school, college, or GED transcripts for scholarship consideration.
