Constitution Day is September 16

This year marks the 229th anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution which took place on September 1787.

NCMC will be hosting the Associate Circuit Judge for the Circuit Court of Daviess County, Daren Adkins, on September 14th for the discussion about how our Constitution is interpreted. Please feel free to join us in Cross Hall 208 at 8:00 am.

“Democracy is the government of the people, by the people, for the people.”
— Abraham Lincoln
“The Constitution, on this hypothesis, is a mere thing of wax in the hands of the Judiciary, which they may twist and shape into any form they please.”
— Thomas Jefferson
