First Recruit Signed for Lady Pirates Softball

January 28, 2014

Pitcher Kaleigh Ennis of Washburn, Missouri is the first to sign a letter of intent to play softball at North Central Missouri College in Trenton next fall. Ennis is the daughter of Jerry and Tammy Ennis and will graduate from Southwest (Barry County) High School this May.

“Kaleigh will be an excellent addition to our pitching staff and will complement our other pitchers well. She will also have a chance to contribute at first base and be a solid bat in our lineup,” commented Megan Cairns, NCMC Lady Pirates head softball coach. During her senior year, Ennis was named to the All-District First Team and the All-Region Second Team. At North Central Missouri College, she wants to major in physical therapy.
