Forty-three students in the Practical Nursing Program at North Central Missouri College in Trenton will complete coursework for their certificates next week. They will then be eligible to sit for the Missouri State Board of Nursing exam to become Licensed Practical Nurses.
Those from Trenton are Halie Brewer, Justin Curley, Jessica Davis, Holly Doolin, Bailey Eaton, LeAnna Ellison, and Olivia Yung. Others are Cody Suddeth and Tiffany Wimberly of Bethany; Melissa McBee of Braymer; Vanessa Lentz of Browning; Sarah Medford of Cainsville; Linda Darrah, Melissa Rowlison, and Kirby Stuedle of Cameron; Shelby Price of Carrollton; Jessica Alvarez, Cheyenne Bannan, Megan Brown, Brooke Doss, Stacy Maberry, Margaret Mata, Rachel Stuver, Jessi White, and Heather Williams of Chillicothe; Ashley Bowen of Eagleville; Megan Heussner of Hale; Angela Dalton and Kandy Wever of Hamilton; Bailey Hixson of Jamesport; Cindy Smith of Laclede; Ann McFie of Laredo; Felicia Selvy of Livonia; Maegan Applegarth and Jerid Bates of Maysville; Kaylen Holcer of Meadville; Jessica Lewis of Milan; Jennifer Loxterman, Mindi Peterson and Bryan Sweet of Pattonsburg; Emily Auger of Smithville; Carla Sanders of Tina; and Tabitha Piburn of Winston.
The Practical Nursing Program taught at NCMC in Trenton is an intense, fast-paced program completed in three semesters. Instructors are Kelly Claycomb, Callie Hunter, and Korynn Skipper, and Janet Vanderpool is NCMC’s Dean of Allied Health Sciences.
