Students Inducted into Honor Society 


October 31, 2013 


Seventeen students at North Central Missouri College in Trenton were inducted into Phi Theta Kappa during ceremonies held at NCMC on October 29. Phi Theta Kappa, the official honor society for students at two-year colleges, is the largest honor society in higher education. Ronna Owens, Vice-President of the local chapter known as Eta Mu, presided over the ceremony with the assistance of Allison Gibson, Michelle Palmer, and Caleb Bounds. College President Dr. Neil Nuttall closed the ceremony by congratulating the students for their success and encouraged them to continue their hard work. Chapter Advisors are Jenna Vandel, Advising Coordinator, and Maryellen Harman, History Instructor.
