North Central Missouri College Phi Mu Epsilon sorority recently participated in two charity-giving projects for local community needs. For one, Phi Mu Epsilon joined forces with MN of the Philanthropic Educational Organization (PEO) for a feminine products drive for the Green Hills Women’s Shelter. The two organizations were able to collect and donate over thirty packages of products for women at the shelter. In a second project, Phi Mu Epsilon adopted a local family for the holidays and provided a large donation of food and nonperishables.

“We are thrilled we had the opportunity to help two local needs in our community,” said Shellee Castanada, Phi Mu Sorority Advisor. “The women of Phi Mu Epsilon provided outstanding leadership and working with MN of PEO was a great partnership. We look forward to sponsoring these drives again in the future.”
