Housing Information

(660) 359-3948 Ext. 1412

North Central Missouri College offers on campus housing with women’s and men’s halls that will house approximately 140 students.  Ellsworth Hall was built in 1994 and houses 76 men. Selby Hall, completed in 1997, houses 76 women. Both single and double occupancy is offered in each hall.  Each room is enhanced with its own climate control system that allows the heating and air conditioning to be regulated according to your own personal preference. In addition, each room is fully furnished. Students will have their own bed, desk, dresser, and wardrobe. A sink and large mirror are also provided in each room.  There is room for students to bring a microwave and/or mini-fridge. The NCMC residence life department also has micro-fridges available to rent on an annual basis.  The Location of both halls is very beneficial to students.   A short walk to classes, the Ketcham Community Center, the gymnasium and exercise/sports facilities make the halls a great place to stay. Not to mention saving gas money!

Signing up for a room is easy. Just fill out a housing agreement, which will include a $100.00 deposit. $75.00 will be returned, if the room is in satisfactory condition upon moving out. The student must also fill out a Health History form. You can get these forms from the Alexander Student Center or on line.
