Student Services Staff and their Services 

Admissions: The student must first complete an application form and submit along with the application fee ($15). This form is available in the Admissions office or at The student must also submit their transcripts to the admissions department to make the enrollment process move smoothly.

Financial Aid: Those students seeking grants, scholarships, A+, loans, veteran’s benefits or FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), should complete the forms as soon as possible. This form is available in the Financial Aid Department or online, This process takes about 2-3 weeks.

Register for Classes: To register for classes the student is encouraged to visit with an Advisor or Counselor. This appointment can be set up with the Student Services Coordinator. This appointment cannot be made until the student has completed the paperwork for Admissions and Financial Aid, as mentioned above.

Cashier: The student must visit the cashier to pay their fees or to set up a payment plan.

Registrar: The Registrars Office maintains students’ personal and academic records, issues reports of grades, mails out official publications, etc. A student will need this department for several reasons some of which are listed here:
Change of address, Transcript requests, Add/Drop, Application for Graduation, to request grades, to withdraw from a class, and other services.

Advising: Available for all students to assist them with course selection & degree completion.

Housing: Housing is provided for both men & women in separate buildings.  Many activities & events take place in the residence halls & leadership opportunities are available.
