Basic DSLR Camera Class 

Are you stuck using the "green" auto mode? Are you curious as to what all those buttons do on your camera?  This class will cover the basics of your DSLR camera, and a basic understanding of using the different modes on your camera. Please no point and shoot cameras.

Requirements:  DSLR Camera, a lens, and your Manual that came with the camera

 Time: Wednesdays, April 10th, 17th, and 24th, 6:00-9:00 pm

Pizza, Pizza!

Learn our favorite pizza dough recipe with variations for toppings:  Margherita Pizza, Pizza Bianco, and a Breakfast Pizza.  You will take home pizza dough to be ready to bake your own pizza.  Tell the pizza delivery boy goodbye! Don't forget to bring an appetite as there will be plenty pizza to enjoy!

Introduction to Personal Budgeting

Money is something you use nearly every day, yet using it effectively can be a challenge. Have you ever wanted to learn how to properly budget your money?  If so, you are not alone. Join Rod as he shares a wide range of financial information that can help you sharpen your money management skills! He will provide you with the financial knowledge that is vitally important to anyone striving to reach their personal financial goals.

Authentic Mexican Cooking Class 

Have you ever wondered how to make that delicious Mexican rice or how to correctly roll tamales?  Then join Margareta as she teaches you how to make an amazing Mexican Dinner!  You will learn the secrets of how to make Mexican Rice, Chicken Flautas, Beef Tamales, Mexican White Cheese Dip, and delicious Flan for Dessert! Don't forget to bring an appetite or a food container as there will be plenty of each dish to enjoy!
