Associate in Applied Science Transfer Guides

Gainful Employment Disclosure

The Associate in Applied Science degree is designed to prepare a student for employment in a specific occupational area. For most majors, the A.A.S. is not designed as a transfer degree; however the following institutions have agreements with NCMC allowing students with an A.A.S. degree to complete a Bachelor's degree.


Central Methodist University

Students earning an A.A.S. in Early Childhood at NCMC now have the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Development through classes brought to the Trenton area by Central Methodist University. A formal articulation agreement was signed on September 20, 2005 with the program to begin in the spring. Students with an A.A.S. can complete a Bachelor of Science degree from Franklin with a combination of NCMC bridge classes and upper division on-line courses from Franklin.
