In honor of North Central Missouri College’s centennial, NCMC will spotlight 100 inspiring stories throughout the academic year. These narratives will showcase the voices and journeys of our alumni, students, faculty, staff, donors, and the communities that have shaped TJC/NCMC’s legacy. Each story is a tribute to the people throughout history who make NCMC extraordinary.

I attended North Central Missouri College right out of high school. While attending NCMC I worked as a financial aid student worker for about a year with Kim Meeker and Sarah Williamson. When I went to NCMC my goal was to get my associates and go straight to work full-time. My business classes with Rhonda Copple and Sarah Bird made me fall in love with college. After NCMC, I took a semester off and then got my bachelors completely online through Northwest Missouri State University. Attending NCMC led me to where I am today, and I hope NCMC is here for my daughter to attend in 17-18 years.
The centennial celebration will continue throughout the academic year, and NCMC invites alumni, students, faculty, staff, and our communities to be part of the story.
