AAS AGNR Program
The AAS in Agriculture and Natural Resources (AGNR) program is designed for students who wish to pursue a career in the areas of agribusiness or management of natural resources. The program focuses on general planning, economics and the use of facilities, natural resources, equipment, labor and capital to produce plant and animal products. Instruction is provided at the main NCMC campus, the Elizabeth and Arthur Barton Farm Campus, and internship experience sites.
Agricultural Operations Technology Certificate
The Agriculture Operations Technology Certificate is a one-year stackable certificate designed to provide skills in the areas of agriculture production, mechanics, safety and technology for the student in today’s competitive job market. Courses in this certificate stack toward an AAS in Agriculture and Natural Resources.

The Agricultural Business Certificate is a stackable certificate designed to provide skills in the areas of agriculture and business for the student in today’s competitive job market. Courses in this certificate stack toward an AAS in Agriculture and Natural Resources.

Crop Production Certificate
The Crop Production Certificate program focuses on general planning, economics and the use of natural resources, equipment, labor and capital to produce agriculture crops. The Equine Management Certificate program focuses on the scientific principles and practices related to the production, training and management of horses. Instruction is provided at the main NCMC campus and the Elizabeth and Arthur Barton Farm Campus. All courses in this certificate program apply toward an AAS in Agriculture and Natural Resources.
Livestock Management Certificate
The Livestock Management Certificate is a stackable certificate designed to provide skills in the area of livestock production and management for the student in today’s competitive job market. Courses in this certificate stack toward an AAS in Agriculture and Natural Resources.

Elizabeth and Arthur Barton Farm Campus
The Elizabeth and Arthur Barton Farm Campus was established in 2011. It serves as an applied learning environment that demonstrates agriculture production practices and the conservation of agricultural and natural resources.
Ag Club & PAS
The National PAS Organization was founded in 1980 in Kansas City. Its mission is to provide opportunities for individual growth, leadership and career preparation. North Central Missouri College is a charter member of both the Missouri and National PAS organizations.
