Applied Technology Skills Options

TECHNICAL SKILLS TO ENHANCE YOUR CAREER

The Industrial Technology program provides the opportunity to learn technical skills that local and national employers are seeking. Students get hands-on experience in our labs at the Barton Farm campus or our Savannah location to learn basic maintenance and repair of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and automated systems common to manufacturing, agriculture, and other settings. Graduates have a variety of career options depending on coursework selected.

Short-term certificates allow you to get started quickly in a production or maintenance career path. When you are ready to return for more education to advance your career and increase your salary, all the courses you take in these programs will apply toward the A.A.S. in Industrial Technology.
