- Bidders should attempt to purchase all materials needed from within the local community
- Bidders shall provide certification of Liability & Workman’s Compensation Insurance
- Successful bidders shall provide a current W-9 certificate
- Successful bidders shall carry a current certificate of Contractor’s License in the City of Trenton and obtain proper permits prior to starting work
- Successful bidders shall provide project management and supervision for the duration of the project
- Successful bidders shall provide barriers for the safety of all involved, including pedestrians
- Successful bidders must be able to work around college daily schedules and have work completed by October 31, 2026 (to be coordinated with NCMC staff)
