Have you ever thought about learning the basics of welding or considered it as a career? Are you looking to take the next step with your current employer? Our Welding For Industry program is a short-term, entry-level, basic welding skills training program that consists of approximately 80 hours of instruction. At the end of each session, students will have the opportunity to connect directly with employers via a college-sponsored job fair, interviews, etc.
This class will cover:
- Welding Safety
- OSHA10 Certification
- Print Reading
- Primarily focused on the MIG (GMAW) Process
- Plenty of Applied Practice Time
This class will include:
- PPE
- Welding jacket
- Helmet
- Gloves
- OSHA 10
- Certificate of completion
- Welding supplies

Steel toe or safety toe leather boots are highly recommended. No synthetic materials for clothing or footwear. No shorts. Denim jeans with a cotton shirt.
