Once accepted, sign up for OAR – Orientation.Advising.Registration
(Please see acceptance letter or email from Admissions). Attend OAR to get your class schedule or enroll with your assigned advisor after
completion.

View Academic Plan located on myCOMPASS/Courses/Academic Plan for courses needed for declared degree.
Developmental or Workshop courses will NOT be paid for by VA, if taken online or hybrid.
Speak with their Educational Services Officer, counselor or School Certifying Official
Potential Tuition Assistance(TA) recipients must speak with their Educational Services Officer(ESA) or counselor within their Military Service prior to enrolling.
Federal Tuition Assistance funding requests must be submitted by the student in the applicable system no later than 7 days prior to the start of the term.
State Tuition Assistance must be submitted by the student prior to the start of classes.
The student is responsible for enrolling in classes on declared Academic plan myCOMPASS.
Tuition of unapproved classes will be the responsibility of the student.

Submit ALL required documentation via our online form or log into myCOMPASS and navigate to Student Resources/Forms & Policies(Student Portal)/Financial Aid/Veterans and Military Services.
NOTE—Students using post-9/11 GI Bill benefits (Chapter 33):
• Students are required to verify monthly enrollment to receive your Monthly Housing Allowance.
• Sign up with the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) text message verification. This is a simple and convenient verification option to ensure MHA and/or kicker payments are uninterrupted.
