WAYS TO INVEST IN NCMC
The Voyage Fund, an annual campaign, provides support to NCMC with unrestricted gifts that allow the College to take advantage of opportunities as they arise and to meet any unforeseen needs. An annual gift to the NCMC Foundation’s Voyage Fund allows the Foundation and College to fund programs and services of the highest quality. From new programs to the latest technologies, to emergency assistance funds for students, unrestricted gifts can broadly support students and College programs. Unrestricted gifts address the most pressing needs, and investors understand that the Foundation will put those dollars where they are most needed.
Gifts in Action, a scholarship campaign, allows you to make an impact on the educational journey of a student or several students. By investing in scholarships, you can help NCMC to provide an affordable and quality education for students.
Since 2013, the NCMC Foundation’s Gifts in Action Scholarship Campaign has helped to educate tomorrow’s leaders by contributing to the growth of scholarship funds. Each year only a portion of an endowed fund is awarded to guarantee the Foundation will continue to assist generations of students pursuing their educational dreams. The Foundation is blessed to manage over 70 endowed funds that provide over $300,000 in scholarships annually. Criteria for these scholarships can be set by the donor and may reflect their passion or interest.
The Knowledge Scholarship is available for donors who wish to donate for scholarships but do not want to start their own endowed scholarship. The Knowledge Scholarship is open to all students that apply to expand the reach of the Gifts in Action Scholarship campaign.

Honoring a Loved one, memorial scholarships are a meaningful way to honor a loved one by supporting students who share their values or are pursuing their passions. Memorials can also be given to a program, department, or campus. The NCMC Foundation is an IRS approved non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Therefore, memorials supporting NCMC should be written to the NCMC Foundation, and the family or donor can designate where the funds can be used. Establishing a named scholarship in honor of a family member or in memory of a special friend is a wonderful way to leave a legacy. These endowed scholarships can be awarded in accordance with the donor’s specific wishes. Donors who have benefited from scholarships themselves can “pay it forward” by establishing a named scholarship with their Gifts in Action.
Every donation to Gifts in Action will make a difference in the lives of NCMC students and help the leaders of tomorrow achieve their higher educational goals.

Yes. The NCMC Foundation is an IRS approved 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. All contributions toward the Campaign are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. Please consult your tax advisor for complete details.
