Phil and Connie Hoffman Dual Credit Scholarships Awarded

The North Central Missouri College (NCMC) Foundation has awarded Dual Credit Scholarships to four Trenton High School students through the Phil and Connie Hoffman Dual Credit Scholarship. This competitive, annual scholarship program accepts applications until the first Friday in February, with awards announced later that month.

“Scholarships are one of the most impactful ways anyone can help students afford post-secondary education,” said Kristi Varner, NCMC Scholarship Coordinator. “Our students are fortunate to have generous donors like Phil and Connie Hoffman who provide dual credit scholarship opportunities for Trenton students.”

Recipients of the 2025–2026 Phil and Connie Hoffman Dual Credit Scholarship are Isaac Bonta, Ali Cox, Kendall Foust, and Kinsley Otto, all students at Trenton High School. Each student received a one-time $324 scholarship to apply toward tuition through North Central Missouri College’s Dual Credit program.

The scholarship honors the generosity and legacy of Phil and Connie Hoffman, by creating educational opportunities for students in the Trenton community and support access to college coursework while students are still in high school.

Through NCMC’s Dual Credit program, high school students can make significant progress toward a college degree while completing their high school education.
