North Central Missouri College will host a Community Blood Center blood drive on Wednesday, October 30th, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Ketcham Community Center located at 1322 Mable Street, Trenton, MO. All faculty and staff, students, and the public are welcome.
Walk-ins are welcome or individuals can make an appointment.
In the region, one in three people will need blood at some point in their life, and nearly one in seven hospital admissions require a blood transfusion. This means, nearly 600 donations are needed every day to meet hospital demand, and with a limited shelf life, supplies must be continually replenished.
