North Central Missouri College is proud to recognize Noel Staddie, Early Childhood Development Instructor, as the April Outstanding Employee. Noel is from Laclede, MO, and holds a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and a master’s degree in child development. She has been a dedicated member of the NCMC team for ten years.
When asked about her role, Noel described it as “personal, challenging, and imperative.” Her favorite thing about NCMC is “The Student Center. Eating with coworkers and students has changed the whole campus atmosphere.”
During her time at NCMC, Noel has been actively involved in the SAIL program, helping to welcome and support students with neurodiversities as they transition to the NCMC campus and its programs. Looking ahead, Noel hopes to establish a Child Development Center that will serve both the NCMC campus and the Trenton community. She envisions her department continuing to grow and expanding opportunities for hands-on learning through the development of a child development center.
Outside of work, Noel enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandson.
