North Central Missouri College is proud to recognize Randy Cox, Facilities Director, as the May Outstanding Employee. Randy is from Trenton, MO (hometown St. Joseph, MO) and has been a dedicated member of the NCMC team for five years.
When asked about his role, Randy described it as “different every day.” His favorite thing about NCMC is “the people I work with every day.” During his time at NCMC, Randy has been involved in several large events, and a major focus for him has been improving communication efforts across the facilities departments. Looking ahead, Randy hopes to find a permanent location for the NCMC bell and continue growing facilities right along with NCMC.
Outside of work, Randy enjoys catching up around the house, spending time outside, and working on his Jeep. He also enjoys playing guitar, remote control trucks, and working on home projects.
