North Central Missouri College inducted students into the Eta Mu chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) National Honor Society membership at its Savannah Campus. New members include Gracie Wilmes, Rosendale, MO; Katilynn Clark, Savannah, MO; and Nevaeh Larison, Savannah, MO. The students were honored and recognized at the first induction ceremony held at the Savannah Campus.
The Savannah Campus NCMC PTK advisor is Mindy Matter, NCMC English and Communications Instructor.
“It’s an honor to recognize these three students for their hard work and dedication at our inaugural ceremony at Savannah Campus,” said Matter. “This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a long tradition of celebrating student success.”
PTK is the world’s largest and most prestigious honor society for two-year college students. To be eligible, students must be enrolled in an accredited institution offering an associate degree, completed at least 12 credit hours, have a 3.50 GPA or above, receive an invitation to join and adhere to the moral standards of the society.
