Reflecting on my time as a student at North Central Missouri College from 2002 to 2004 brings back great memories. I was lucky to have educators who guided me, specifically my introduction to education teacher, Mr. Rob Deaver. Alongside him, instructors such as Marian Goodin, Don Dalrymple, and Jean Dustman played pivotal roles in preparing me for my continued education at Missouri Western State University and ultimately for my career in education. Another connection to the college is Mr. Geyer. My grandparents lived across the street from him for a time and I can still remember how kind he was, and that he is the one who taught me how to throw a frisbee. I am profoundly grateful for my experiences at NCMC, and I take great pride in being an alumnus of a college that continues to grow and foster the development of its students.
The centennial celebration will continue throughout the academic year, and NCMC invites alumni, students, faculty, staff, and our communities to be part of the story.
