Request for Bids – Construction of New Student Center
The North Central Missouri College will accept sealed bids for the construction of a new student center until January 19, 2024, at 2:00 pm Central Time at the Frey Administrative Center where they will be publicly opened and read. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on December 28, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Frey Administrative Center; 1213 Mable Street, Trenton, MO. Plans and specifications can be purchased at Drexel Technologies, 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214: 888-202-1301. Digital copies of plans and specifications will be available at https://planroom.drexeltech.com/View/Default.aspx A 5% bid bond in the amount of your bid is a requirement payable to North Central Missouri College. This project falls under the Missouri Prevailing Wage Rate Requirements. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
